How Military Moms Can
Apply For OSD Labor Doula Services
You are eligible for
services provided by CAPPA's Operation Special Delivery
if you meet all of following criteria:
- your husband or partner will be deployed
in support of the war on terror at the estimated time of your baby's
birth or has been severely injured or has lost his
life due to the current war on terrorism

you are unable to financially
afford the cost of hiring a private doula
- you would otherwise not
have reliable and/or sufficient labor support
* Routinely scheduled deployments and trainings, as
well as regular changes in orders do not qualify.
However, if you are in one of those situations and need
help, please contact us at
osd@cappa.net. We may
be able to help you find a low cost private doula.
In order to apply, please print out,
complete and sign our Client Data Form:
CLIENT DATA FORM
We will try to match you with an
OSD doula within a week. You will be contacted
immediately upon receipt of your Client Data Form.
This form will not be accepted via
email, and it must be mailed to our Main Office at the
following address.
